Full-color fist "Democracy NOW! on TCTV" EPS files are available for download (see images below). They can be opened in graphics applications such as Photoshop, QuarkXPress, Freehand, or Illustrator and can be resized without any loss of quality. Professional printing shops generally prefer EPS files.
Download 'em, print 'em, pass 'em around, and post 'em around town. Or spray 'em with UV protectant, laminate 'em, buy a $2 lawn sign wire from Home Depot, and make lawn signs out of 'em!
If you're really motivated, you can make your own T-shirt on the cheap!
Need quantities of 50 or more? Support your local printing and apparel unions by ensuring that our design only appears on union-made and union-decorated products.

tctv2 has enhanced it's old policy regarding bicycled programs. Previously Democracy Now could reserve a time slot on the channel but it was subject to being "bumped" by locally-produced programs. The new enhanced policy now prohibits us from even reserving a time slot for the show. We can submit a request for airing DN on Friday, but for only one week at a time. This is a major set back for Northern Michigan. Viewers count on seeing Democracy Now at the same time each night. It's our 6pm news! The community has filed numerous complaints and writen newspaper editorials condeming this action, but the governing body of tctv2 has refused to back down. fearnoarts, I received a reply from Mike Kroes at TCTV2. I have copied his reply below. Hope this helps with the effort to get Democracy Now! back on TV. I miss watching nightly. ---------------------------------------- Hello Ann, We are a public access station. We can play what people bring in to us to play, and can't play what we don't have. I would love to have someone bring Democracy Now in to us. It used to be handled by Bruce Peterson. When Bruce left, no one was willing, or had the technological expertise, apparently, to process the show. It is quite a commitment of time since it is a daily show. I would love to see a bunch of people willing to take it on--then one person could be responsible for one show per week, for example, instead of the whole thing. It is a show that is appreciated by a lot of people, especially here where alternative programming is so hard to find. Thank you. Mike Kroes
